PRICING INFORMATION
1. Cabin base rates include up to two guests.
2. $8.00 per night will be charged for each additional guest.
3. Children 12 and under free.
4. Weekday rates (Sun - Thurs) are $10 per night less than weekend rates.
5. Weekday discount may not apply during select holiday periods. .
6. Two night minimum on all weekends in season.
7. Three night minimum on select holidays.
8. Balance due upon arrival. Rates do not include sales tax.
9. Winter Rates are effective from Nov 1st through March 31st.
10. Special discounts apply for stays seven days or longer.
11. Rates subject to change without notice.
12. $10.00 per stay will be charged for each roll-away bed required.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
1. Reservations are final only after receipt of deposit.
2. A $10.00 service charge applies to all deposit refunds.
3. The entire deposit amount will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is not given 14 days prior to arrival date. No refunds for early depature. Credit Card or cash damage deposit required.
OTHER INFORMATION
1. Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM.
2. No pets on grounds or in rooms.
3. All Cabins can accommodate up to 6 guests and contain 4 separate beds.
4. All Cabins have fully furnished kitchens with a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, utinsels, dishes, cooking pans and complimentary dish soap.
5. Motel Rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests and have two queen beds, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
6. We have special suites available that can accommodate groups of up to 20 people all in one unit.
7. Satellite TV, parking w/electric, BBQ grills, towels and bed linens are included in all units.
8. Use of private lake, gazebo, playgrounds, and indoor pool/hottub area free for all guests.
9. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards accepted.
10. All units are ground level and most are handicapped accessible.
11. All buildings at our facility are smoke free!
