If you stay for 6 consecutive nights, the seventh night is free. This is the weekly rate.
Monthly rates are available.

Q:What type of beds are available in the cabins?
A:One bedroom cabins have a double bed in the bedroom. The main room contains 1 Queen bed and a set of either trundle beds or bunk beds.
Two bedroom cabins contain a double bed in one bedroom and and a queen bed in the other bedroom. The main room contains a set of trundle beds.

Q:Are you open all year?
A:Yes.

Q: Do your cabins have phones?
A:No. A 24 hour payphone is available for use by our guests.

Q:Is there room to park my boat next to the cabin?
A:Yes. All cabins have adequate parking and electrical outlets outside so you can charge your boat's batteries.

Q:Can I reserve your Gazebo?
A:Yes. The gazebo may be reserved for free by anyone renting a cabin. Otherwise it is on a first come, first served basis.

Q: Do your cabins have air conditiong? Heat? Runing Water? Carpet? Cable TV?
A:Yes! All of our cabins are constructed with all modern amenities with construction techniques similiar to those used to build homes.

Q:What kitchen Items are provided in your cabins?
A:A toaster, coffee pot, a microwave oven, an electric stove/oven, cups, silverware, a skillet, saucepan, spatula, can opener and a refrigerator. If you have special plans, please plan on bringing your own cooking equipment to suit your needs.

Q:What time is check in?
A:Check in is anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday. If you don't think you can arrive during these times just let us know so we can accomodate you.

Q:Can I fish in your private lake?
A:Yes. However, we ask that guests refrain from cleaning fish inside of the cabins.

A:No. There is a public fish cleaning station available at the nearby Ray Behrens Recreation Area.

Q:Where can I get a Missouri Fishing License? How much will it cost?

A:No.

Q:Do your cabins have their own boatdock or direct access to Mark Twain Lake?
A:No. Cannon Dam Cabins are located 1/2 mile from the nearest boat ramp at the Ray Behrens Recreation area. Boat slips and Boat rentals are availble from Blackjack Marina which is also located at the Ray Behrens recreation area.

Q:What is there to do?
A:Guests are invited to fish and play along our seven acre private lake. We also have equipment for playing volleyball or horseshoes. Check out the Things to do page and the events,news, links and public areas pages.

Q:Do you have a beach/swimming pool?
A:Yes. We have an indoor pool. Available beginning Spring 2006 our pool will be open year round. The nearby Mark Twain Landing water park has water slides , a wave pool and isThere is also a public beach and picnic area at the nearby Spalding Recreation Area .

Q:Can we cook out or BBQ?
A:Yes. A BBQ grill and picnic table are provided with all units.

Q:Where can we eat?
A:The nearest restaurant is the Rustic Oak Cabin Restaurant. It is walking distance from the cabins. Cannon Dam General Store is also within walking distance and features a full snack bar that includes pizza, hot dogs and nachos as well as a wide selection of groceries, snacks and beverages.

A:The nearest grocery store with a full service meat counter is Hickman's IGA in nearby Perry, Mo.

A:No. Boat Rentals are available at the nearby BlackJack Marina. 573 565-2233.Boat rentals are also available from Indian Creek Marina which is located about 30 minutes away from the cabins.
